Is CutVault a subscription?
No. CutVault Pro is a one-time purchase of $169. There are no monthly fees or annual renewals. One license can be activated on up to three computers.
What file formats does CutVault support?
CutVault supports LightBurn files, xTool files, SVG, DXF, PNG, ZIP bundles and common image formats.
Where can my files be stored?
Your files can stay in local folders, external drives or locally synced cloud folders. CutVault does not require you to upload or reorganize your original design files.
Will CutVault work with NAS storage?
CutVault can work with NAS storage when the NAS is mounted as an accessible drive on your computer. NAS setups vary, and performance can depend on network speed, permissions, security settings, sleep behavior and other factors outside CutVault. NAS is not officially supported.
Does CutVault require an internet connection?
CutVault is a desktop app and most of the app works locally. An internet connection is needed for license-key validation and for features that sync online data, such as Community Presets.
Does CutVault work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. CutVault Pro is available for both Mac and Windows.
Are updates included?
Yes. Updates to CutVault Pro are included at no extra monthly cost.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
The trial lasts 7 days and does not require a credit card. When the trial ends, CutVault locks and shows the option to purchase CutVault Pro for $169. One license covers up to three computers.
Does CutVault replace LightBurn or xTool software?
No. CutVault works alongside LightBurn and xTool software. It helps you organize designs, keep settings and presets, prepare jobs, and open or export files for the software you already use.
