Refund Policy

CutVault Pro is a one-time purchase of $169, with no subscription. A free 7-day trial is available before purchase.

Because of the nature of digital products, we do not offer automatic refunds.

However, we will review refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:

• Duplicate purchases
• Technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as intended

Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, lack of use, or misunderstanding of features.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly at support@cutvault.app before filing a chargeback with your bank. We respond to all support emails within 24 hours and will resolve any billing issue promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate license deactivation.
